Process Cooling: Energy Saving + Utility Management

Condenser Coil Cooling C3
In high heat, air cooled condensers and coils loose much of their efficiency. If these units are older, the output is probably less than originally designed. Couple this with the certainty that the user has added much more heat producing equipment which requires the unit to work even harder. The simple solution is to replace the unit or add a secondary system. However, financial, electrical, structural and many other reasons can apply where this action is not possible.

The MicroCool C3 package for condenser coils is the solution to many of these HVAC problems and situations. By flash evaporating the high-pressure fog in front of the condenser coils, C3 can lower the air temperature as it passes over the coil. By lowering the temperature, the heat rejection is much more efficient, the unit does not need the same amount of power to run and increases it’s cooling potential.

All of these factors lead to great benefits for the user:

MicroCool C3 systems are applicable for many different condenser related processes and operations, such as:

Typically a MicroCool C3 system will use 60% less water than a standard cooling tower in operation 24 hrs per day. Since the C3 system can be quickly activated and shut down, the fine control helps ensure water usage is kept to a minimum.
